The lab prepares a digital planning proposal and design for the treating dentist to review.
Dentist Review and Approval
Review the final plan and request changes if needed. The treating dentist must approve the final clinical plan before production.
Manufacturing and Shipping
Once approved, manufacturing and quality checks precede shipment creation and transit.
Confirmed Delivery
The lab records explicit delivery confirmation before the final invoice is generated.
Post-delivery Billing
The final invoice is issued after delivery with NET 15 terms and an invoice-specific payment link. Invoice notifications require an authorized delivery service.
