DENTAL JOY LAB / FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Digital Implant Solutions for Canadian dental teams.

Can I keep my existing lab?

Yes. Dental Joy Lab adds specialized digital implant support alongside your existing laboratory.

When is the final invoice issued?

Only after confirmed delivery. NET 15 means payment is due 15 calendar days after the invoice issue date.

What digital files are required?

Requirements vary by service. Planning commonly needs CBCT DICOM, STL or PLY intraoral scans, implant system details and a clinical prescription. See each service page for its file checklist.

Who approves the final clinical plan?

The treating dentist reviews and approves the final clinical plan before guide production. Changes can be requested during review.

Are prices final?

Prices are preliminary CAD estimates and depend on case complexity. Shipping, taxes, components and major revisions may be additional.

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround is confirmed for each case after the required data and prescription are reviewed. No fixed turnaround is promised in this prototype.

Do you accept conventional impressions?

This platform supports digital file workflows; conventional impression digitization is not included.

Can I upload actual patient files here?

No. Only supplied exact non-patient specimens are accepted. They are stored privately with PostgreSQL metadata. Clinical intake requires further review.
